I like the Saucony Grid Omni and Asics GT 2100 series. The Saucony Grid Omnis feel good to me when I'm hurting--they're my comfort shoes. My Asics 2130s give me a nice combo of stability and lightness. When road racing, I wear my Asics DS Trainers, which are a tad under 10 oz. I find New Balance too unresponsive and I hate Nike for philosophical reasons. I am interested in trying Brooks. As far as trail shoes, I tried Montrail Hardrocks and hate them. I actually like Asics Trabucos--they work for me.

WyattWyatt Hornsbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14224514798393011001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4979545333979747089.post-76242488069105575552008-07-23T08:23:00.000-06:002008-07-23T08:23:00.000-06:00How about a post on your shoe preferences? They may have been influenced by a significant person: a parent, a friend, a coach or mentor. They may have been drawn to running to help them through, or out of, a difficult situation in their lives. They may have started as recreational runners, then found the benefits and exhilaration to be addictive. They may not be of the 'born to run' variety of runner, but they come to love it just the same.duchossoishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01978065314461535273noreply@blogger.com
