Yesterday around 4 pm I had some dark chocolaate-covered walnuts and was up last night with insomnia and then when I did fall asleep it wasn't a restful sleep at all. I've come to the realization that I have to limit my caffeine and sugar intake or else it's going to screw up my sleep patterns.
